I’ve been a loyal customer here for months and have even brought family members to support this place. Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed how I feel. I showed a very clear reference photo of what I wanted (soft, clean pastel yellow French tips), and what I received looks nothing like it. I was conflicted about writing this review because I use to love to come here but the last couple times weren’t the best experiences. This one, really upset me. The nails are beautiful and done the way I asked perfectly, however, they are extremely fragile. I broke the left thumb nail 2 days after I got them. I went back and paid to get it fixed. 3 days later, the left thumb. The day after, the index and ring finger broke; one in the morning and one in the evening. I usually pay around $100 for both pedicure and nail set. Quality of nails usually lasts 4 weeks. Friendly service and clean shop.
