I’ve come to iNails before for dip on my nails and today I went for a pedicure, I absolutely loved it. The salon is very clean and staff is great. Prices are reasonable/on par with other places. They always have the colors I want and each time has been a great experience!
Horrible went there for a full set gel… two of my nails popped off not even a week after. I went back to get a repair on them. The lady that did them wanted me to pay her $10 for them when I was just there a few days prior. She also said it was something I did to make them break and stated nails are not made to last forever. When clearly the entire nail pop off my finger. I told her there was no way I was paying that she stated it was a policy of “they fixed three days” no policy in plain sight or when I asked to see it.
