I’ve had many pedicures before and my nails have never been shaped like this. I asked for a square shape, but several nails were filed diagonally and look uneven. The polish application was also poorly done — messy around the edges and touching the skin, which makes it look unclean and unprofessional. When I mentioned my concern, I was told it was the shape of my foot, which is not accurate. Mistakes can happen, but minimizing a client’s concern instead of acknowledging it was disappointing. I had a Korean lash lift done from Suzanne, they came out sooo good and lasted almost 3 months. I got so many compliments about my eyelashes too. I’ve had them done in the past at other salons and they never lasted that long at all. The Korean lash lift is so much better too they don’t use the harsh chemicals on your eyes like some other places.
