No returns/refunds/ exchanges. They have the number for every other jewelery store in the mall except Zales Jewelers. Go to Zales. One of the lovely ladies here argued with us about whether the bracelet we had was actually supposed to be in our possession. We had the receipt that was given to us. We brought it back for the clasp to be tightened but she accidentally broke it while fixing, thats not on her. But paying 600 for a bracelet, kind of wanted to wear it.
