Great service and gave the cut I exactly wanted.
Worst customer service… 1463 was closed and called them to let them know that I will be late, due to the road closure. Stylist and the front office person weee like.. yea try to come as soon you can.. when I get there after struggling with traffic and avoiding road closures… front office person was like… well, you are late and she can’t take your appointment anymore… ABSOLUTE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE… NEVER going back there again.
