Jim did an absolutely amazing job. They really care about the person and the safety of their home. Last Christmas was only a few days away, and although our home was uninhabitable, but they have helped us get it sanitized and explained how to get our lives and home back! Our insurance denied our claim, telling us we are not covered! Jim and others from VRTX Water Damage Restoration Lakeland treated us with care like we were family!
