This place is amazing. The coaching is top-notch—every coach really knows how to meet you where you're at and help you grow from there. Whether you're looking to improve your conditioning or sharpen your Muay Thai technique, they’ve got you covered. Vrtu really is like a home away from home. It’s so welcoming and family like and such a great place to train. I’ve been doing the six am classes rise and grind with coach Maxime for the last four months and I’ve learnt so so much and had so much fun! 10/10 recommend!!

VRTU Muy Thai successfully curated an elevating, thrilling and overall great environment for students on all levels. As a beginner it has been an encouraging and welcoming experience so far with the great staff who are very welcoming and amiable.
