I recommend Estaga Rental Property Management Company because they are very professional and very detailed with the booking and accounting side of things. They always answer the phone when I call with any question and they work hard to keep my property rented. I can depend on Estaga and that is very important to me.

Their service works well for me. They handle the day-to-day tasks, so I don't have to. Sometimes it takes a bit to get a response when I have a question, but generally, they do a good job managing my property.

Estaga manage guest communications, cleaning, and maintenance, which used to consume a lot of my time. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with that anymore. Guests seem happy, and the place is kept in good shape. I wish the monthly reports were a bit more detailed, but that’s a minor concern.

Working with Estaga has been a great experience. I was a bit hesitant about turning my place into an Airbnb property, but they made the whole process simple, took care of the setup, photos, listing, communication with guests, cleaning, etc. They keep you updated, their dashboard is super easy to use, and anytime I had any questions, someone actually got back to me quickly. It's been running smoothly so far, bookings have been steady, and I'm definitely seeing the value.
