A friend referred me to VRP, so I reached out right after closing on my home when I realized I needed to have the hardwood floors refinished before moving in—with only three days to get it done. They were able to fit me into their schedule, and the floors came out absolutely beautiful! My dog left paw prints on the floor, so I called the owner, and he said he'd fix it the next day. But he never showed up. We rescheduled three times over a month, and still no one came. Finally, workers showed up and explained how complicated it would be to fix the paw prints, so we decided not to bother since we'd lose our kitchen for at least 24 hours. What a weird experience! The workers did an outstanding job. The lack of communication with the owners is very concerning.
These guys did a great job, floors look great and pricing was very competitive. Very friendly and great communication.
They had the lowest price, but it was a terrible experience. My installers were in and out of my house all day at one point they left never said goodbye. Never said anything they just left. They left my my playroom furniture outside on my patio now I have to find someone to bring my furniture inside plus the moldings that they put up are absolutely awful. They don’t fit there are gaps. i’m going to have to bring in someone to redo the moldings on the floor. I would not recommend them at all. Spend a little more and get more ... read more
Horacio was super pleasant to work with. He got back to me the same day I called with a quote and sent his workers out a couple days later for the job. The guys showed up early, worked efficiently and did an amazing job. Not to mention very affordable! Would definitely recommend.
