Paid for a $10 automatic wash. The machine that moves around your car was broken and stayed in one place shooting out soap. Soap got all over the front of my car, and I had to drive away and go rinse the soap off elsewhere. I called the business and left a message but never received a response.

I'm trapped in your car wash..the door won't open. I'm backing completely out and it didn't dry me off! I paid for the $10 wash. See you in the am..Not cool!! I'm trying to be clean for Uber tonight!!

I put $2.25 into a vacuum. It wouldn't start OR give me my money back. Nobody to call or contact to get my money back. An actual scam. I was almost robbed at this exact car wash a year ago, but I had a gun. Worst car wash in town.

Wanted to use the touch less car wash, it took my money in the machine but the lights to enter did not come on. Complete waste of money as there is no one to talk with about the problem. If it was closed for some reason there should be a sign stating so.
