Tried to get them to install a mini split for my camp, came once to look at it, was told I'd get a call about questions and details that never happened, reached out to them again and got an apology from the owner and was told he was sending a guy out for Friday at noon, I took 4 hours PTO time to get there and nobody showed up or called, I will be going with someone else. I usually don't like to give a bad review and feel bad for leaving this one but at least for me they dropped the ball several times.
