My mother had it in her hand when she fell. She was found dead the next morning. I dropped it on the floor after her body was removed and was told they had no record of a fall or anything

This response team has always answered in about 1-2min when I’ve accidentally pushed the button. But, when I did faint onto the kitchen floor at 7:15am & was very weak when I could come to, I pressed the button and they ask if I was ok. I said “no” & she asked if I was ok. I said “no, I’ve fainted onto the kitchen floor”. She then asked, “do you need help”? I said “yes”. She then asked “what’s wrong”. I again told her. This really needs 0 stars, if that were only an option. My 83 year old mother has had 4 replacement necklaces in the last 3 years from this company. The alert NEVER goes off when she falls. She is very quiet when she goes down. I've had to throw it in the floor to (once) get a response. She calls them every time to tell them the button didn't go off -- again. Their response is always the same: "Oh, we apologize. Do you want us to call help? If not, then make sure to go get checked out." And after enough failure reports, they... read more
