This is the luckiest place to deal with. Been waiting since Wednesday for the tech to bring me my alert button. She full of excuses and will never answer her phone
Very fantastic!
Device worked great first year. My mom has fallen 3 times and the button did not activate. I requested a replacement button and it was never sent. UPDATE: Replacement was sent. Mom did not give me correct info when I asked her. New Button seems to be working OK. Like the new billing web page.
Horrible work environment. Shady, childish leadership, loads of mismanagement and pisspoor organization. Their client base is one of the best, but the company behind the scenes is a joke. Several months of hundreds of calls taken, near perfect, consistent QA scores, and even had customers handwrite letters of appreciation to me, and they still chose to let me go over some pointless performance statistics. Thanks for ruining my life.
I have been with company for a few years now. They started out great and I loved the fact that it made me feel safe. I’m home alone most of the time so if anything changes in my bp or heart rate they WERE right there to help! NOW if I send in a my vitals on the weekend I will not get a call if my bp or heart rate is high. Now it’s it’s anything weekends or any day of the week. They gives excuses for not calling. This is so sad, if you not here to help then close down!!
