Living in one of the apartments. The bathroom is inside the bedroom. The walls are very thin. We have been woken up numerous times by our neighbor taking a shower at 2 AM. The windows are old and cheap and may not lock properly. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposer or AC. The property manager has a lot of silly rules. i.e. even if you rent one of the apartments with a large private patio you are not allowed to put anything out in the patio (furniture, grill, or even potted plants).
