I came in this morning for a doctor’s appointment.This was my first visit. The front desk was rude and the rest of the staff weren’t friendly. The receptionist wanted me to pay my balance first for a no-show from before which I did not recall. He couldn’t wait until I finished filling out the paperwork. Dr Vreeke's office has done an excellent job taking care of my wife and my self. Calls are answered promptly and they are courteous,helpful, and make sure we're taken care of as soon as possible. Medical staff spends time with us and asks guestions,explained everything. Would recommend them to any and everyone.

I do not know the name of the woman in the office, but you all should seriously consider some training or fire whomever I just spoke to. I was given Dr. Nicola as a PCP on my HMO Aetna Plan. I spoke with a woman who told me that you no longer accept Aetna. I call Aetna and they give me a couple more options. One being Dr. Vreeke, which was at the same location with the same number.
