I have had to use VRCC many times over the years for a list of issues, injury, illness, sudden onset illnesses, cancer...they have always been quick, compassionate, caring, and professional. I breath easier knowing they are there when my regular Veterinarian isn't available.
Having been to the hospital twice over the course of one week for two different cat issues, we are so happy with the services provided by the Doctor and the Vet Techs. Ali and Lexi deserve a special shoutout for their WONDERFUL handling of a difficult cat case and the person working the phone and front desk was top notch, professional, and compassionate. Go anywhere else. Have been ignored for months after asking multiple people multiple times to reach out to answer questions about our dog. They make it very obvious they don't care once they collect their money.
We recently had to make an emergency visit, and during what was an incredibly stressful time, vet tech Keri made all the difference. She was refreshingly honest and came prepared with so much helpful information that we felt truly equipped to make the best decision for our pet. What stood out most was her demeanor, calm, warm, and so easy to talk to. You could genuinely tell she cared, not just about the animals, but about the families too. We’re so grateful for her and the team here.
