I have a 7 year old siberian husky who got sick. I took him to the vet and his blood work came back pretty concerning so my primary vet sent us here for an emergency ultrasound. The ultrasound came back just fine, but the doctor told us we either had to spend 20k to hospitalize him or put him down even though the ultrasound came out just fine. Sadly my dog was poisoned and she had to come here. I paid 200 dollars for the vet to tell me my dog was high.
Absolutely hate this place, they have the worst bedside manor, they treat pet parents like they aren't there for an emergency and just have you sit around for multiple hours without any updates. I will not go here again, I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. There are other emergency vets that actually have heart and don't just treat pets like dollar signs.
I haven’t read the reviews but I would imagine that there is some feedback on the cost here. Yes, VRCC is expensive. For emergency services you can expect to pay a hefty premium. I will say that the team there is honest and not looking to kick you when you’re down. Our primary vet requested an echocardiogram, which they weren’t equipped to do. Absolutely the worst experience in an emergency situation, ever! Will never return to this clinic. Utter incompetence from Riley at reception to unavailable/invisible medical staff.
