Our dog has a deteriorating limp and our Vet recommended VCCR for additional care. We took her to see a Vet in the Orthopedic/Surgery Dept, the Vet was great. She recommended that we proceed with an ultrasound and a possible PRP injection, we agreed and couldn’t get an appt for two weeks all while my dogs limp is getting worse and worse. So disappointed in the experience last night. Brought my dog in to the ER and waited for an hour to be seen. When I asked when they were likely going to see him the vet tech snapped at me saying she’d be over in 2 seconds and that they’re busy. She didn’t come back to see us and I proceeded to get ignored until I called it and went somewhere else. I understand getting busy, I don’t have a problem with that. If I could give no stars I would. This "Emergency Hospital" is a joke. It is all about the $$. This is my second pet that I have had seen here and it is always thousands of dollars. Their team is rude, with a we do not care attitude. Find somewhere else. I recommend Planned Pethood Dr. Jeff. Fair pricing and takes care of your fur babies as if they were their own. Stay far away!

We had a horrible experience there this week. We brought in a little dog that had labored breathing but was alert. They took him away to the back and almost immediately came out to say he was critical. We knew there was something going on because he had not been wanting to eat. We had just started seeing a more holistic doctor to try and make him stronger and feel better. Turns out he had cancer in his lungs. The problem with his care this day is a couple of things. Dr. Graville and the VRCC surgical team were absolutely amazing in helping us make the best decision for our little Aussie every step of the way! I fully recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. I can’t emphasize enough how kind they were in explaining the surgical process, recovery, after care, multiple follow ups and how they answered all of our questions with so much care! Thank you for treating our most loved little one with so much care throughout this whole process, we’ll never forget the kindness!
