We brought our 6-year-old Labrador, Wally, to VRCC on the evening of May 21, 2026, for an acute emergency. He was vomiting blood, lethargic, and rapidly deteriorating. The medical team evaluated him, performed diagnostics, and ultimately determined that he likely required emergency surgery for a suspected intestinal torsion/vascular event. Thank you for taking such good care of little Ricky, all the Docs I spoke with are kind, knowledgeable, are patient and respectful. Thank you for also coordinating care with our primary vet. This made it so much easier on us. Prices are definitely expensive but to be expected during stressful pet emergencies. Thanks again for caring for little Ricky.
They always save my cats, great staff, very knowledgeable, clean and friendly.
I understand that not every outcome can be controlled, but I expected more attention, compassion, and professionalism given the seriousness of the situation. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable bringing my pets here again.
