It was my second time ring shopping and omg, this experience was just so much better than my previous one. The diamond expert Koi was so helpful and thoughtful and NOT PUSHY at all. She answered every questions, showed me everything I wanna, she is a gem :) I loved every second of the experience!

Koi was very helpful during my appointment, but I was disappointed that several of the styles I was hoping to see were not there. I made this appointment so I didn’t have to rely on the website, but I left still having to rely on the website.
