Miranda was absolutely amazing!!! This was my first time tryin on rings and she brought out any and all options I wanted/ didn’t even know I wanted! She was so attentive and just kept making the ring I wanted more perfect! Cannot thank Miranda enough!

Scam! Their diamonds don’t have certification like they say! Diamonds always need a certificate because it proves the authenticity, quality, and value of the diamond. When I asked for the certificate they said that they don’t have any records of the diamonds they sent me. I asked for a refund and now they haven’t replied for weeks! I have no guarantee this diamonds are any good. (Update 10/21/25) To be fair to Vrai, after reading this, they did reach out to rectify the situation. We agreed on an exchange value for the initial ring (quite a bit less than what I paid but felt equitable) that was applied toward the upcharge of upgrading to the new setting and they handled all of the labor, shipping, etc. I am currently awaiting the return of my rings in the updated settings now.
