Their diamonds are not certified. I bought diamond studs and they never sent me the certificate. It might not even be the grade that they say. Who knows. They sent me a email saying there’s no records of the diamonds they sent me. And was no help to me afterwards

Buyer beware. Met with their consultant to pick out an engagement ring. Went with a white gold pave dome on a 3.5 carat stone. Fast forward one year and we order the matching band in advance of our upcoming wedding. To our surprise upon arrival, the colors are completely mismatched as their consultant failed to tell us that their white gold is lightly plated and would wear off every year and require constant annual redipping (look at first photo). He was very patient and had a great way of transforming our vague preferences into recommendations, which we ultimately picked from for both rings. Brent was incredibly knowledgeable about everything that goes into picking a ring that’s perfect for the person and the process was also very easy and smooth (basically process of elimination).
