The VPS team is exceptional and truly cares about your well-being. They just cut my mother and im sure many others off, Monday morning. A 2 minute phone call saying “we are no longer in network with medicaid or medicare”. Just like that all my incapacitated mother’s services and prescriptions get shut down. I just got the call her visiting nurse no longer can come either because they need a signed new order. Prescriptions are filled for a few weeks and after those run out, I can only hope I find her a new provider by then. What a shame to leave so many scrambling trying to find new care for... read more
I’m a parent of an adult daughter with extensive special needs and she a client of Visiting Physicians. Over the years I have had so much difficulties with getting her medical care needs met, because of her complex medical conditions.
