I'm very disappointed to have received no assistance from VPNE regarding a parking charge. I reserved a spot for $65 but was told the garage was full when I arrived. My credit card was charged for VPNE Parking Solutions but there has been no solution. Just a mile walk both ways with my 2 year old on my hip in 90 degree weather because the parking spot I reserved was non-existent. Please respond to my emails.

If I could give them a zero I would one of their drivers wrecked my car while driving it caused my brakes to fail after wards and not work and the never fixed it I had to pay for it so sad they can get away with this their insurance safety insurance sucks
VPNE is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with without dealing with them. Almost everytime a VPNE tried to talk to me their communication is impossible to get through, they’re valets but I’ve parked myself every time I used them, they’re valets sit there with a angry look on their face that doesn’t welcome business or questions. They need to go VPNE shouldn’t exist
