Terrible place, dishonest. Told me to park in a spot that ended up damaging my car. Attendants had no clue what to do, day manager had me chase him all over the garage so I could get their info. He actually sprinted away from me trying to lose me. I eventually got the email from the GM. I sent him a note, he said he would make time to connect and has now ignored my mails. I also send a note in their site. No answer. They just don’t care. They have 2.2 star rating for a reason and it I well earned. Stay away.
Tuesday 07/28/2026, around 5:35pm I pulled up to valet parking at the Emory Hospital across from ER. Mr. Xavier was helping a customer and I pulled behind the customer. After about a minute or 2 Xavier walks up to me, I greeted him with a smile. Now, there was a CAR in front of me, and a SUV beside me. Truck driver 44919 in brookline just ran me off the road
I would like to understand how can those big hotels can contract this horrible people to valet their cars? I was at the Ben Hotel on 03/27/2026, this valet person destroy my MB, today 04/09 I am still waiting for a letter of responsibility for them to pay for my car, my car has being in the shop since 03/30/2026 I am in sales and not able to work because I do not have a car. My attorney will have a party with this people.
I'm very disappointed to have received no assistance from VPNE regarding a parking charge. I reserved a spot for $65 but was told the garage was full when I arrived. My credit card was charged for VPNE Parking Solutions but there has been no solution. Just a mile walk both ways with my 2 year old on my hip in 90 degree weather because the parking spot I reserved was non-existent. Please respond to my emails.
