Shitty communication. Wants to charge a lease breakage for us moving out!!! I got robbed within a month of living here down the road at the gas station and have a police report then are house was stalked for a week straight by the people so I made another police report and asked to move out!!!! I have a pregnant wife and a 1 year old daughter you think they would tell you that information before you decide to leave instead of hitting you with fees afterwards

We have been renting from Pyramid for 4 years now and couldn't be happier.
Declined my application the next with day no explanation as to why. Reached out to Valerie several times with no response.
Applied for a home was told that they are unable to approve my application contacted them multiple times trying to get reason why when they finally did reply they just stated how they told me they was unable to approve with no explanation and so 100 bucks just down the drain
