Declined my application the next with day no explanation as to why. Reached out to Valerie several times with no response.
Applied for a home was told that they are unable to approve my application contacted them multiple times trying to get reason why when they finally did reply they just stated how they told me they was unable to approve with no explanation and so 100 bucks just down the drain

I’m going to be honest they are a company that if your credit isn’t the best but you have the income they will accept you and good for a 1 yr lease. But be careful to watch your online portal as they have a history of adding unauthorized charges and hold you accountable for them when you aren’t responsible for them. I have lived in my home for almost 12 years now and it has been my place of peace, ease of commute to work and the neighborhood/area has always been wonderful! I haven't always had the best neighbors living below me and I was really anxious in not knowing who my new neighbors would be and they are very pleasant!
