I just honestly wanted to take a second and say thank you! I have lived in my home for almost 12 years now and it has been my place of peace, ease of commute to work and the neighborhood/area has always been wonderful! I haven't always had the best neighbors living below me and I was really anxious in not knowing who my new neighbors would be and they are very pleasant! Haven’t had any problems with them, the maintenance men that come have been very pleasant and helpful. Any time I’ve had a problem with anything they reply within a timely manner and try to get things fixed right away. Way better than the last landlord’s I’ve had.
They charged me a $50 application fee before touring the apartment which I thought was odd. Granted, I do understand the inconvenience it would be to have people waste your time not showing up to view the apartment. However, I think it was unacceptable that they had 3 other people to see the apartment at the same time I was supposed to. The lady literally said, “whoever gets to the office first with the deposit wins the golden ticket.” Just inconvenienced me by wasting my time and took $50 from every person there. Filled out application and i Payed fee about an hour later I received info my application was denied with NO EXPLANATION Turned out the property was already rented as is it shortly that same day was taken off the market! I have reached out to ask if my application and deposit would be valid for a different property never returned any of my calls emails or text messages!
Good people to rent from, never had any problems or complaints. Rent prices are fair and not overwhelming. They've got a good maintenance team and they'll fix anything that needs fixed. This is the second house my family has rented from them and there's never been any issues. Most other landlords when you live in a place or move out of a place will always try to find something or some reason to keep your deposit and treat you wrong when you move out because we've had bad luck with landlords like that in the past.
