The staff at VP&L helped me out of a tight situation. They were extremely busy due to a frigid weather pattern. The office staff was very gracious by finding a way to get me on the schedule and the guys performed my repair quickly and professionally. They offered me some tips to save cost and even spotted a water leak I didn’t know I had. I’m a very happy customer.
We just bought a house and the a/c was tripping the breaker at startup. VP&L got out to us promptly and had us back up and running in no time! Plus, they were able to work around my availability!! The technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, professional. I will not hesitate to call VP&L anytime we need HVAC work!
