Horrible customer service, ordered over $100,000 worth of windows, was told we would receive two semi loads, deliveries have been a nightmare with random trucks showing up with 1 or 2 windows at a time, nobody in the company answers phone calls or emails to let us know where our backordered material is. Would never recommend this company to any contractor
The products are ok. The customer service is non existent to get information on door repairs. I called Tim a "service manager" multiple times and couldn't even a call back. ( the factory gave me a number for him) I'm a locksmith with a customer who couldn't secure her front door and she called my service. Pretty disappointing considering she had thousands of $$$$ in VPI products. Don't be sad too, buy from another manufacturer
