I have been working with VPI for several years now and have always had a great experience. Special shout out to the entire pharmacy team, most recently Chris and Callie, for making the ordering process smooth and to resolve any issues that come up professionally and in an expeditious manner.
EDIT: The Vice President Samantha called me after seeing this review and was great! She heard my frustration out and refilled the original prescription. While I wish this would’ve been the experience when I called to speak to someone in management, it said a lot that she called me so quickly and made it right.
