When I left my car at this VPC my decal plate was attached and it came back without it. I was told that it didn’t have to be removed and considering that the vehicle was shipped to Anchorage with it attached I believed this to be true. For some odd reason it was removed and never seen again. The frame even had reverse screws on it to prevent theft and it required effort to remove. This leads me to believe that it was stolen.
