Terrible experience , would not recommend Partner purchased a gift card for 2 deluxe mani & 2 deluxe pedis. We booked online for today. When we went in they didn’t notice us and we stood at the door for 5 min , then we sat and waited once we told them what service we wanted .i was seated and they started on my nails then stopped multiple times. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had — entirely because of the owner. I had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked this appointment back in November for an acrylic set. I’ve previously had my nails done by the owner, and this was already the second time she was significantly late. The first time I came in, she was about 45 minutes late, rushed through the service, and finished my nails in about 15 minutes. She was very rough, and my hands were sore afterward.
