Worst nail experience I’ve ever had — entirely because of the owner. I had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked this appointment back in November for an acrylic set. I’ve previously had my nails done by the owner, and this was already the second time she was significantly late. The first time I came in, she was about 45 minutes late, rushed through the service, and finished my nails in about 15 minutes. She was very rough, and my hands were sore afterward.
