Booked an appointment online last week & received a confirmation email both when I booked the appointment & the day of. I showed up last night for my appointment to this notice on the door.🫣🫣 Maybe turn off your booking system so people don’t waste their time.
I booked an appointment three weeks in advance for Monday, only to arrive and find the salon completely locked with no notice. I tried calling multiple times, but the number wouldn’t even go through. What’s most frustrating is that I received confirmation texts both the day before and the day of my appointment—so clearly the booking system is active, but there’s zero follow-through. I had an appointment at 10:30 and arrived at 10:15, but the salon was locked. I tried calling and texting with no response. Based on my experience and the recent reviews, I would recommend avoiding this salon. I ended up going to Pedi & Nails on King George Rd instead amazing service.
Terrible experience , would not recommend Partner purchased a gift card for 2 deluxe mani & 2 deluxe pedis. We booked online for today. When we went in they didn’t notice us and we stood at the door for 5 min , then we sat and waited once we told them what service we wanted .i was seated and they started on my nails then stopped multiple times.
