spent two nights in Microtel Hotel in Princeton WV. Employees loud and disruptive on both nights. Laughing and yelling at each other. The second night I opened my door and ask what was going on and was told by employee that another employee was in a room down the hall who was making the noise. When I checked out I expressed my disappointment and they didn’t seem to care, no one apologized. very unprofessional business practices. Would never rec this company.

I loved living in my little house for the past 3 years. We only moved due to job circumstances. The management company was so easy to work with. We were approved very fast and they were always polite and respectful. Their prices are fair and they do not go up on rent an egregious amount. They did not cut us out of our deposit at the end and send it to us right away. The posted photos are from when we moved out. They did nothing while i lived there to stop the bully in apt d from Harassing me or others throwing food all over his drums or leaving his bathroom vent on 24 hours a day... He was on a house arrest and ro and still threatened other tenants... He acts sweet and innocent when cops and landlords come but he is a Narcissistic liar... why dont you live next to this pos and see what its like....

Took my deposit. Judge ruled in my favor still has not paid. Horrible property as well filthy and infested with bugs
