I paid Voyles $85.00 for a service call. I defrosted my refrigerator and cleaned out everything. Ron came out and said basically you done everything I described to them over the phone what was going on with my refrigerator before he got here. He noticed that I had done everything and decided to want to leave. Ron then said to me you wanna take that inside wall panel out up top of the freezer he used his drill. Took 4 months to even get them back out here called several times no response when they did come back it was 90$ more than the original order 510 dollars for the fix i paid half the bill the first visit they suck.....

Voyles has rock solid customer service! My refrigerator had a minor issue and they walked me through how to fix it on the phone. They were extremely helpful and patient with me even though I obviously didn't know what I was doing.
