Had 4 large living room windows replaced by Voyageur. The process, from quote to installation, was painless. The estimator as well as the installers were incredibly professional, kept the house clean using tarps and cleaned up everything afterward. In particular, the installers were friendly, efficient and genuinely cared about my satisfaction with the job. Would highly recommend. I will need additional windows replaced and Voyageur will be the company I call to replace them.

I ordered two outside doors and they are beautiful. You can tell when closing the doors that they are quality doors. The installation crew were efficient, friendly and cleaned everything before leaving . Highly recommend

We did a major renovation on our home and went with Voyageur Windows because they are a local company. We had very poor customer service from and a horrible installation experience. As you can see in the photos, the incorrect measuring of the installer has resulted in us having to build out an extra 1.5 inches, thank goodness our framers were there when the installer noticed his mistake. We used Voyageur Windows and doors to replace all of the windows in a 1950’s bungalow. The windows were original and had difficult trim to replace. Our new windows were perfectly done. We are thrilled with the increased insulation value, and the ease of the opening mechanism on all of the windows. Aweful company to deal with. When they installed windows they displaced brick trim and were not going to fix it without threatening small claims court. Now they will not replace a lousy window crank that I had previously had never worked well (was slipping) now has broken. These guys don’t care about their customers. I was told that part was not made anymore and it wouldn’t be covered under the lifetime warranty that I was told I had. I was lied to.
