The intake bathroom was disgusting. Waste of all kinds, paper towels, and toilet paper was everywhere and no trash bag to be seen. The intake nurse lied on my court papers and the deputy never showed up to take me to court. The majority of the nurses and techs were hard to understand except for Lorenzo a who was very nice. Most of them need to go to speech therapy to learn how to say the word ask and other words. My stay here was the first time I’ve been admitted to a facility and this place operates ridiculously terribly. They don’t tell you when someone is calling for you on the phone like they should be, they don’t listen to your needs, they falsify documents to avoid actually having to follow protocol, and they were reluctant to let me see the psych doctor (I did not get evaluated by him at all during my time there despite them signing off on a document claiming I did). They took care of my father, but the service I received to get ahold of him, call, or just see him, they dont answer or when I go up there, they really don't see concerned and care more about getting me out.
