Wow, what can I say? If they were a Bond is grade them A++. Joann the court liaison is so easy to work with and makes you feel at ease. Unfortunately, I play favorites and both Mr. Godwin and Mrs. khustana made my stay there amazing. Of course you’re in a psychiatric facility so everyone has their issues but our abilities to connect with others was nothing short of amazing. Horrible customer service! Communication is beyond below standards. Very unprofessional staff. We had a family member there and the experience was beyond traumatic just being there. Do not let anyone you love or care about or dislike go to this place.
Count your days. I’ve filed multiple complaints against this mental hospital, so don’t you guys worry. Nobody wants to answer the phone? Return phone calls? Be professional? Be productive? Be helpful? Fine. I was going to wait for a callback but since that isn’t going to happen!! I have an active lawsuit for this hospital as of today, my sister is being very mistreated here & lied to & it’s getting out of hand how pathetic you guys treat people here.
