Worst possible experience. The travel agent had booked my 2yrs old daughter's ticket separate from us. In every transit we had to get her seat changed because she was sitting far from us. All the airlines were shocked to see that. Secondly, they didn't even issue us a ticket till Montreal. When we transitioned in London, we had to go through immigration, check out her luggage, get a boarding pass, then check in her luggage again then of course her seat wasn't with us so got that changed.
