Receptionist rude as was her husband, room cold air-conditioning didn't work. Only 1 blanket. Room was noisy from main road, verandah dirty as was the shower- mould on grout, after being a cleaner in another motel this place is a disgrace. Apart from the required bond of $100 we had to hang around for another 2 hours until receptionist arrived to check the room. I drove from Melbourne very tired i booked through booking.com there was option to select check in time 10 to 11 i selected. I reached there by10:30 there was no one, i was unable to get access. I tried to call several times no one answered, atleast they should let me know i cant check in after 10, while i booked online they was nothing mentioned I selected time what suits me , i booked then i booked other hotel on the spot , next day i called they did not do refund. Total scam

Stayed here with my partner and 2 kids multiple times and can honestly say we had an awesome experience every time. The owner is actually a very good bloke if you have a chat with him he was very understanding of our situation and was willing to help us with a few things. The rooms were always spotless.
