Wow! Talk about Service. From the moment they answer my call they were quick and compassionate. They went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific brace and they told me that they had one that might work. But suggested I try something else until i could see a specialist. They were not looking for a sell they truly wanted to help me and my Family. Thank you for running your business for your customers instead of just profits. From a Grateful Dad.
I picked up my arm sling prior to shoulder surgery. The man who put the sling on me was inconsiderate and very aggressive.. I was in severe pain during and after this appt. to the point I had to see my dr afterwards. I do not recommend this company.
Very nice and professional
The customer service is phenomenal, the atmosphere is good, plus they get you in and out. Highly recommend.
The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to fix a shoulder abduction sling that I had that was too large for me. Jimmy had me in and out of there in 10 minutes and when I left I was no longer in pain thanks to how he fixed my sling.
