Criminals. The whole lot of them. My 401k stayed stagnant for almost 4 years with their recommended and 'managed' investments. I can only imagine how much money they made off of me. I moved my 401K over to RobinHood, got a 3% match, and I'm up over 30% this year. Places like this need intervention of a governmental scale to stop the corruption. Never. EVER. Let these crooks touch your hard earned money.
This place does not make it easy to get your money. They cater to the business, not the person, and defer to “the client” (employer) even when you try to get YOUR money. None of the departments communicate with each other, and every attempt at a withdrawal must start at the beginning as each rep is unaware of what is happening. They allow profile information to be changed without individual consent (again from the employer side). They don’t verify information before making these changes to your account.
