This company is an embarrassment to business. We, along with the previous reviewer, purchased a LivingSocial deal and while they performed solid work the first number of times, they did not show for our appointment prior to Thanksgiving, nor have they returned our numerous calls/emails now more than a week later. I am actually wondering if they are still in business at this point. TERRIBLE experience! Don't waste your valuable time with this company...they have NO customer service! I purchased a deal through living social for a cleaning. I set up the appointment 2 weeks in advance. My appointment was confirmed for 1pm. At 1:30pm, no one was here so I double checked my email and called their customer service number.
