Get's things done! If you want a realestate guru.. here ya go! I had my house on the market for a full year.. Some bites and 1 contract that fell through due to financing on the buyers side. I was so sad because I had a great house. I can't blame the original realestate agent too much, because of the market..but what they did in a full year with trying to sell it... isn't half of what Kristin did in the few weeks she had it. Tough Market, Persistent Agent . Kristin has helped me buy several house, but this was the first time she helped me sell a house. It was a tough market, lots of supply, a luxury home and really high interest rates, BUT she got it done. She was with us every step of the way and never stopped pushing to get this house sold. Countless open houses, lots of special tours and an air tight marketing plan. Would definitely recommend her!!!
