I own two businesses, and Vox Nutrition is the by far the worst customer service/outside vendor experience that I have ever encountered. Multiple lies, avoidable delays, and just a consistent unprofessional mess. Very "amateurish" and it seemed like they genuinely do no not know what they are doing. After TRYING to work with them for 9 months, I just had to pull the plug. Literally NOTHING was getting done. I have all the emails to prove this as well. I am assuming all the positive reviews are fakes.
