Very disappointed! I have been a client of VOX Nails for over a year and I have really notice things changing over the part few months. Today was a horrible experience. I made an appointment and when I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11am appointment. I was put off. Lisa, my assigned nail technician, took a walk-in customers instead of me for my scheduled time.
