If I could give more stars I would. We have had terrible, awful unconscionable experiences with HVAC repair companies, especially the "neighborhood picks" who were allegedly the best service around. So when a friend recommended Gary and Kristine to me I was skeptical but out of options. They were available to respond same day quickly, and better than that Gary gave me some self help things to check. After going through the self help troubleshooting was able to solve issue myself without a service visit. If I have any issues in the future will definitely give them a call again.
Gary was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. He took the time to explain the issues with my units to me and didn’t try to fix ‘what wasn’t broken’. I’m very happy with this small business and will use them again in the future!
These 2 gentlemen are here to make a dollar, but aren’t here to leave your wallet hurting at the end of the day. They were beyond helpful providing more insight than your typical contractor. They were the only ones who agreed to respond to my house same day even though they were out in the 100 degree heat all day. For as long as I live in this area, they WILL BE my go to AC repair guys! I honestly can’t say good enough things about these 2!
