Love Vow’d and their dedicated staff! I was a walk-in who didn’t know what style dress I wanted. Luckily, the amazing Anaya was there who helped me find the perfect dress! She took time to hear the specifics about the wedding, what I like, don’t like, etc. The dress came so quickly and off to alterations! I am very pleased with the customer service and love the dress - would highly recommend!
I had the best experience at Vow’d Charlotte. They took the time to get to know me and what I liked and didn’t like for a dress. It was a very personal and special experience. They really worked hard to make sure I found the perfect dress for me and my venue. They even made time out of their busy schedule so I could come back in last minute outside of my appointment time to try on my top dress again. I went to Vow’d on Sunday with my mom and sisters and overall had a really wonderful experience! Their price points are very reasonable, and they have so many gorgeous dresses to choose from. I was looking for a simple, chic, elegant dress and found just that. I purchased on the spot and the next day my dress shipped (so quick!). Katie, our sales associate, was lovely to work with - she was very kind, patient, and listened to my needs. Would highly recommend Vow’d to any bride looking for an stress-free bridal experience! 🤍
I had the BEST dress shopping experience at Vow’d in Charlotte. Viki was so knowledgeable and helpful, and she was able to pull the perfect dress for me based on what I was looking for and inspo photos I shared. She also was able to match a veil to the dress perfectly. 10/10 recommend to any bride on the hunt for the perfect dress!
I had the most amazing appointment with Katie this past weekend!! She took the time beforehand to review my inspiration images and already had ideas of dresses for me to try. She also sat down with me to discuss my vision, and was so patient as I continued narrowing down my choices.
