So here I am an excited bride and walk into this shop ready to look and get ideas of what I'm looking for. The owner wasn't real inviting with her demeanor. I didn't have an official appointment, but was just wanting to check out her shop and get ideas. She wasn't a friendly host and it's because I didn't have an appointment! We had a custom-made dress made for my daughter. We told Vien what material and design we wanted and she made it happen. She got exactly what she wanted. Dress is very well made.
I came across Vouture by coincidence. I was looking for a shop that could custom-make the skirt portion of my dream wedding dress that was wayyyy out of my price range, and a friend noticed her shop while on a drive. I found a secondhand dress where the top half was a match and brought it to Vien to see what she could do about the skirt based on my inspiration. I don't know if I can say enough good things about Vien and her personality, quality, and professionalism. I showed up to her shop, in downtown Salem about 10 months before my wedding date, knowing that asking for a custom dress would take a while.
