Doctor and staff were great and efficient, explained everything that they tested, and the appointment began on time with minimal questions even as a first patient. I definitely recommend this optometrist to get a prescription for glasses or any concern about your eyes.
It has been a very long time since I’ve been impressed by a doctor in any field! Dr. Josh Phu Lam was personable, informative and professional. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is and how well he was able to explain what was going on with my eyes and vision. I’ve been wearing contacts and glasses for over 20 years and feel like I just got educated on why I have them! His assistant was also very nice and professional as she conducted the pre visit portion. Who would have thought I’d look forward to my next appointment.
My wife and I both scheduled eye exams. Dr Lam was very thorough in explaining how the eyes work and how they change with age. He was very informative and professional. We highly recommend Dr. Lam.
