We had Vossen contracted to do a 200 Amp panel upgrade and an AC connection. Kevin LaGrone and his crew came out to do the work and Wow, they did an amazing job. Kevin did a fantastic job communicating and explaining throughout the entire process, he was also kind and very professional. He showed up promptly on time, and I received great communication from Cheryl at their office about when the team would be coming out and inspection schedules. We ran in to a little glitch having to run a larger gauge cable to handle the new a/c system. Kevin was on top of it & figured it all out immediately. This is a great company!
Kevin LaGrone is the best electrician in this town and we will not use any company other than Vossen Electric. Kevin has handled many projects for us and has always done an exceptional job. His finished products are always ones a homeowner can be proud of. Cheryl Vossen ensures we receive prompt service and Kevin is incredibly friendly but professional.
Great tech, great experience, they returned my call... Who does that anymore? Tech explained everything, showed me the issue and did the install perfectly, he actually measured!!
