I had my first visit at Voss Vision, and left quite upset. I was unaware that they were going to do retinal imaging, as this was not mentioned or explained in my appointment. I never get retinal imaging when going to the eye doctor as my insurance does not cover it, and I did not need it done. The technician who did it wasn’t very friendly, and after my appointment I was surprised with the amount I was expected to pay. The staff are in welcoming mood. Very friendly. My doctor is very nice and she explained everything to me. My prescription glasses that I got from their clinic is the best ever. Very good quality.

I see Dr Kendra Voss and she is very thorough in explaining my eye photos and with the eye exam, etc. The staff is polite also and professional. Some eye offices only care about getting money, but this one cares about the customers and is honest with not pushing me to buy glasses until I really need them. Highly recommend!
