My recent experience with Voss Village Cadillac was very disappointing. I consider myself a very loyal customer, I have two vehicles that I regularly bring to your dealership for regular service. A 2009 BMW 750 and a 2016 Cadilac Escalade. This week I brought the Escalade in for an oil change and to address a service indicator light for the side detection system.
