Voss Cadillac has always been very good to deal with when my car needs service.
This dealership is a circus! Test drive? Treated like I’m roadkill, McDonald’s has better vibes! Booked service weeks out, but the desk claims no record and no courtesy car because I “botched” booking. With decent dealers nearby, how’s this clown show still running? Pure lunacy avoid unless you love rage! Many fake reviews here, be-aware. Update: The unprofessional dealer responded by claiming that I had scheduled an oil change appointment, rather than offering an apology, and dismissed my review as ludicrous.
