Very, kind, efficient people. Voss takes awesome care of me. They make me feel VIP every time... even when I bug them lol, very professional group. Can't wait to send more people their way! We have a newly leased vehicle a Cadillac lyric and have had nothing but problems. This is probably or 6 or 7th Cadillac and we have never had an issue with a dealership. We have repeatedly brought this vehicle in for charging port issues. The two panels next the the charging port have folded and instead of fixing the issue they are blaming the problem on us.
