Quick, efficient service.
Great service. Very easy to accomplish what I needed and customer service was excellent.
This was the first time I was disappointed in the way I was treated at Voss. I called the day before,was told they would have the tires for my appointment the next day. When I arrived, the tires were not there. And I gave the tech who checked me in several concerns. When he came to tell me the tires did not need to be replaced after 40 minutes of waiting, I asked about the other issue I had shared. My concern was basically dismissed, told to drive around the block to see if it was still present. I expected better.
