Amazing people with amazing service. They always take care of my vehicle and always have loaners available. Wouldn’t go to a different bmw!
Very not professional for daily work. The advisor ordered unnecessary service to charge more. My BMW condition is excellent with less 7k miles, the fake error code was used to get $150 vehicle inspection ordered. When asked the advisor about the code, he acknowledged it was fake one and removed the code, but still charged me $150 for the fake inspection, when I requested for inspection report, they can’t provide anything, and promised to email me next day, of course, nothing received because nothing was done.
