My daughter and I had a great experience at Voss BMW purchasing a used X3. After she was rear-ended on the highway and her car totaled, I went in search of a safe, well-built dependable replacement car - and the X3 checked all the boxes. Tom Wellbaum walked us through the purchase, and everyone from management to finance to the detail tech was personable and professional. Great pricing and excellent customer service - can't beat that.

We've purchased 3 CPOs from Voss (X1, X3, 4 Series Gran Coupe). No issues with the X1 or Gran Coupe, but after 2 years of ownership we ran into a phantom overheating issue with our X3 that traditional testing was unable to diagnose. The overheating was a difficult and time consuming issue to diagnose and get repaired, but the Service Manager Dave Duckson went above and beyond to diagnose and fix it. After I purchased my BMW X5 from Voss, I also bought an oil change package. When I took my vehicle in for its regular oil change, their inspection identified $5100 worth of repairs (oil pan gasket and rear shocks among them) that needed to be done "Immediately." I went for a second opinion to an auto repair shop I trust, and their inspection revealed NOTHING WAS WRONG! I was stunned.
