Very pleased with my experience at Voss BMW. Was in the market for a "fun" car and located a mint condition Z4 through Voss. The car was more than what I expected and had been thoroughly serviced and detailed beautifully upon pick up. A very fair price as well. Great experience with Tom and Lauren - sales and finance. Not great service for such a great brand. I took my car in for an oil change and recall repair. When I picked it up, there was a card saying the complimentary car wash had been completed, but the car clearly hadn't been washed. I don't mind not getting a car wash, but I do expect honesty. The only positive was the availability of a loaner car.
I took my car in for service last week for an out of cycle replacement of spark plugs and do my oil change as I typically do every 6000 miles. The service was quick and easy, but upon picking my car up, I saw a new light on the dash that said service required in 250 miles. When asking the service advisor about it, I learned that this was for a service that I had declined, which was $179 to do a look over of the car to make sure that everything is functioning well.
