Awesome experience, went to just look as they were closed. Jeff Folan (salesman) was just walking out to leave. He stayed to help us out. Next day we went back and purchased a Traverse Premeire from him. Everything was smooth ,informative, and professional. Highly recommend Voss Chevrolet and Jeff. AJ was a great help also, very nice people.
They did respond to me. However they refused to sell me this vehicle because I am two hours away. They said they feel as though since most dealerships are selling over msrp and they are not, they are saving their vehicles for local customers. First of all, most is a strong word. In fact, a few are selling over msrp yes, but MOST of what I’m finding with regards to the 2022 Tahoe and suburban are selling at msrp. Excellent service just couldn’t deliver out to the House
Martin greeted me outside and introduced himself to me and was very personable in our interaction. He quickly was able to produce paperwork in order for me to test drive the Impala. Car was as described and I might have actually purchased it but I had another vehicle to view in my city of Brunswick that met my choices more closely. Note: Curb rash on all the wheels was a disappointment for such a gorgeous car.
